Ram Upfitter Tool Redesign

 

Maya led experience research and strategy for the redesign of the commercial vehicle upfitter tool on Fiat Chrysler Automobiles’ Ram website at SapientNitro in 2016. The images below show key stages in the upfit tool as they currently appear on the Ram website.

The experience strategy allowed consumers to choose their vehicle upfit by vocation or by vehicle model, and to visualize their upfit in a real-world configuration along with pricing information, all of which were previously not possible.

The strategy enabled consumers to continue down their purchase path in a seamless, uninterrupted manner with the ability to save upfit configurations and send them to a local dealership.
