Häagen-Dazs Flagship Concept
While working at Watt International, a retail design consultancy in Toronto, Maya contributed to quantitative and qualitative marketing research for the Häagen-Dazs ‘Champagne Lounge’ flagship retail concept launched in 2015.
The ‘Champagne Lounge’ concept included a new store layout developed for different customer usage occasions, new lighting, seating and menu board design as well as refreshed branding.
The concept was rolled out at the brand’s flagship Hackescher Markt location in Berlin, Germany and was awarded a Gold A.R.E. Design Award in the Specialty Food Retailer category in 2015.
